The Parasite Jjapaguri
The Oscar-winning combo of Jjapagetti and Neoguri topped with premium hanwoo beef.
π‘ Pro Tip
Use only half of the Neoguri soup powder for balanced saltiness.
This Ramen is...
Jjapaguri is the ultimate Korean pantry hack β a mashup of Jjapagetti (black bean style) and Neoguri (spicy udon-style) noodles that's been a homegrown internet legend for years.
Then came Bong Joon-ho's Oscar-winning film "Parasite" (2019), where a wealthy housekeeper prepares Jjapaguri topped with sliced wagyu beef. That one scene transformed a cult food hack into a global phenomenon overnight. Ramen shops and home cooks worldwide scrambled to recreate it.
The magic lies in the contrast: Jjapagetti's deep, savory-sweet black bean sauce meets Neoguri's clean, oceanic spice. Together they create a depth of flavor no single packet can achieve. Adding premium beef turns it from late-night snack into a legitimate gourmet experience.
